how to add mod vehicles in the actual version

hi everyone,

i cant figure out how to spawn mod vehicles with the actual version of the cheatsmod.
i would like add/replace something not so much used against lets say the P1000 Rattle against the opel truck in the germans list.
would be really nice if someone can explain it for dummies like me :D
