I do not know, I don't use it. However, it should be fine because it simply changes the visual effects. It does not change anything else.

Ok, I will try it tomorrow.
I was just thinking that SkyRE adds a lot of new spells, but thinking about it they will probably just look like the vanilla purple

Yes, most likely they will appear as the default spell.

Uhm, why shouldnt this work? It changes textures/animation, not game mechanics right?
Most "new" SkyRe spells have diffrent anims anyway, like the dwarven thing you get from Mzulft.
