Report a translation problem
1) Wendigo's type is displayed as a blue string, not a normal string.
2) Some sprites are erratic, like offering's anims not properly connected, its defend being upside down, shaman's animation not having fxbones, and warmstone fxs being displayed on heads instead of chests. I can fix those if you let me.
3) mountain_town_events.quest_type_event_guarantees.json should be just town_events.quest_type_event_guarantees.json without the mountain prefix for the town events to work. (This causes town event compatibility problems, though)
4) activity_log/quirk_transition_entry_backdrop_warmest_stone.png is missing.
Feedbacks
1) A lot of enemies just have too much HP and PROT, and doesn't have many weaknesses except for Houndmaster's Target Whistle. I feel like this makes a lot of battles one-dimensional (save for the fact that there are not a lot of enemies).
2) It feels like a lot of enemies don't have motivations behind its movements (animation-wise), and this makes them dull. I can also fix some of them if you let me
3) Wendigo and Chieftain are too strong in my opinion, but I understand that difficulty is subjective.

The frostbite event where the hero should die when in town also doesnt seem to trigger but the disease instead just vanishes and the event in logs shows a black box. It would also be nice if heroes could consume one of those heat stones automatically in town to prevent them from dying.
Can you give more context for the move crash with Vestal? Like the dungeon, enemies, and what other mods if any?
As for the other frostbite bug, did you have a cure available? They should use an item once they reach the threshold, but if you had a cure they might have taken the cure and cured themselves.
I would say progress is currently on a small hold. I am currently working on other projects (Other mods and IRL stuff combined), but I am 100% planning on returning to this mod. So yes, I have a lot of ideas for more polishing.
edit: nvm, looks like it's only for the first 2 weeks, after the third week everything is back to normal
