Cannot use any of the chat commands or do anything with the addon
Not sure what I have done wrong, but it looks like the addon may not even be running. It's definitely checked on the addon menu and I see myself on the admin list in the cfg file.

I have the addon installed and checked in the addon menu, but my chat commands do not seem to do anything. How did you get those commands to work? I'm also the admin in the cfg

For anyone else having this problem,
You need to enable the addons in versus (if you didn't do it already) by editing the file "C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Left 4 Dead 2\left4dead2\cfg\addonconfing.cfg" (set "0" where you see "1"). and I would also suggest you remove all your addons and only install the Left 4 Bots Improved A. You will also need "Improved Bots (Advanced)" to start single players versus and scavenge games.

did you also subscribe to the required "left 4 lib" mod as well in the "required" section?

Yes, I did. It looks like there was some kind of bug or glitch from having different addons enabled. Also, I think not setting up the addonconfig file to allow for addons to run in multiplayer was also causing the issues.
