Request new mini-mod: disabling a faction
Hi Starsmil,

I would like to request a new mini-mod to enhance the gameplay experience for us noobs.
It consists of adding an interface to disable factions in the campaign. Any disabled faction would still have garrisoned cities (with the default garrison that comes with the city building), but no standing armies or ability to raise units, and no ability to expand, and no diplomacy, and no agents or ability to produce them. This is to essentially render them as inert as a rebel city in the original Rome Total War. And if the faction is emerging, they simply will never emerge. Once a faction is disabled, and the game is then saved, they are permanently disabled for the rest of the campaign in that save game, there is no need to activate the mod every time and remember which faction you were trying to disable last.

I would like to be able to do this to the Mongols, if I play as Persia. I don't want to deal with several stacks of Mongols while I am enjoying a Persian campaign.
