Update coming hopefully this weekend as testing is done and everything is great!

Changes

-Stats: Some downward adjustments to be a little more friendly to Rookie and Beta Strike game modes. All follower variants added as a legal follower to all aliens. Previously they would not follow the higher stat aliens like Andromedons and Gatekeepers. Mother Brain still restricted to Leader only.

-AI: Black ICE Codex AI has been adjusted to be more intelligent and sneaky! Priority Move/Action tree added to AI. If available, Black ICE Codex units will execute their Priority Move and Action regardless of any battlefield conditions including the presence of a Mimic Beacon.

-Black ICE Skulljack: No longer requires the base Skulljack as a cost. This prevents the Proving Grounds from reinstating the Skulljack as a priority build if you only had 1 in the HQ Inventory when building the Black ICE Skulljack. 50 Supplies cost added.

-Black ICE Rounds: No longer requires a Blue Screen Round as a cost (still requires the Blue Screen Rounds project to be completed). 75 Supplies cost added. The Proving Ground Project for Black ICE Rounds can now only be completed once. Additional Black ICE Rounds are now built from the Engineering menu just like any other Rounds.

-New Ability: Stalking - While in the presence of visible allies, if a Black ICE Codex doesn't have a high percentage shot at an XCom soldier, she will activate Stalking which grants an Overwatch shot with a high bonus to Aim and Crit.

-Reboot: Increased regeneration effect by 1. Missing localization added.

-Network Firewall: Increased shielding granted.

-Misc: Catastrophic failure animation updated so it takes less time. Code cleaned up.
