How do you measure distance and speed? Use the ingame-instruments. The TDC will be updated automatically.
The TDC shows you the maximum spreading angle. I myself always reduce it manually in the Torpedo-UI.
Otherwise everything looks OK so far.

Maybe you can make a screenshot of it.
The most important is the speed and angle. As far as I can see, everything is OK.
And reduce the salvo angle. You can see from the picture how the course of the torpedoes is affected.

If the ship is a little bit faster, then the second torpedo is too late.
