Salvo fire help

For some reason whenever I fire a salvo, one of my torpedos run way behind the target. I have the correct range, AOB, speed, and ship length. Can anybody tell me what I'm doing wrong?

Hi ComЯade,

The setting is the maximum possible setting based on distance and vessel width. Just reduce the value a little. This will certainly help.
