Really?
FAT and LUT are weird, I'm not sure this is due to the mod. I still have to figure them out.
Whether a torpedo is a hard dud (fails upon a good impact) seems to be decided when it's loaded into the ship, and it's not a random chance when you fire it. This is my experience at least.
So loading the game prior to shooting the dud should have the same result every time.
Shooting the torpedo with the TDC or without it (toggled by the switch by the fire button) you should be able to test whether it has any influence at all.
The new system that allows you to flood all tubes but manually select which tubes you would like to launch does not function and I suspect it's the TDC mod causing this issue.
Easily replicated. Flood tubes I, II, III and IV. But only check the boxes for tubes I and II however all four tubes will launch regardless.
Thx! Yes, we also recognized this behaviour. Good to know, everything else works as intended :)
@McDewgle you can set everything in the tdc, warm up the torpedos, press fire, but nothing happens. No torpedos leave the sub. The fire button is "pressed", so you can´t use it anymore. In this state you can pump out the water of the tubes and refill it, but nothing happens then also. I assume the problem is, because there is now the option to choose between different fuses for the torpedo
You experience this after you've deleted your temp directory????
Yeah, I'm just not having that issue. See for yourself

edit: I made sure to delete my temp, cache and datasheets folders from
C:\Users\username\AppData\LocalLow\Deep Water Studio\UBOAT
Aha! thank you for giving the specific file path :) I had deleted the wrong cache folder. Torps fire now! woohoo! Coming from SH5 TWoS with real nav etc, UBOAT is unplayable without at least a TDC. great mod.
- Fix: Restored partial compatibility with B128 version of TDC mod.
Not played the B129 yet so not sure what this has done with the TDC, but I'm sure you guys will all jump on it if anything is amiss. Still think it would be great if the devs implemented the TDC into the game though. Great work on the mod though!
