texture bug

Hello,
I just found the Ilya 1990 and it is almost invisble. Just the wheels, shadow and a hatch in the front are showing. Any ideas how to fix that bug and wheather ist is possible in an existing save? I also have the retexture and RV interiors mods btw. Removing these did not fix the problem.
