I can only access the luggage one time, then even if I spawn in a new one after i die and had to move somewhere else i cant use it... it gives me nothing.... only worked one time on this character...is that intentional?

Thats not a bug, thats how the mod is intended to work, if you need to use the luggage again you'll have to remake your character or summon in a reset consumable, the code for that is in the discussions.
