Stuck at map as_c4map03

I see 3 exits: door on the left (locked, leads to nothing), gate on front (locked, leads to nothing) and door on the right (locked, blocked, only these doors leads somewhere).
I used noclip to go through right door, but, of course, doesn't seem like proper way.
Help?
