This is how stuff works
- To gain access to the Armoury, you'll need the red keycard. This can be found on a bench in one of the jail cells in the basement.
- To open the safe in the 1F office, you'll need to grab the document that is in the office next to the storage (it's in the smaller office room).
- The medallion which is on the balcony 2F, in the wall, can be placed in the statue on 1F.
- The battery prop seems like it doesn't have a purpose. It's just a prop, and cannot be taken such as the other items (keycard, etc.).
- You can open a hidden compartment in the wall after falling through the wooden floor in the library. There's also a red button which you can press to move the bookcase so you can exit.
- As the description says, you can blow the door open to the police chief office with the explosives found in the storage room.
- Further, you can open the secret door in the police chief office by pressing the "use key" on the painting just behind the desk. Once the painting has opened, press the "use key" on the wooden sign with three firehose markings. Voila.
- You can shoot the floor open, in the corner below the camera, in the corridor where the licker makes its first appearance in the original game.

Something I've noticed is the "card reader" looking thing with a glowing red light, on the wall in the room with water, next to the garage. I haven't found any items that seem to interact with it. It looks like it might have something to do with opening the already opened shutter.

Another thing is the jail cell key that can be found in the police chief's office. It will open one of the locked cells, but there is nothing else than the dead dog and pan in there.

I'd like to hear if someone has found something else.
