For some reason, I'm a newly made king of Andrast, and I can't hold court or put up court artifacts, it's entirely bugged out? Is this a result of the latest update?

It's been a while since I used this mod and it was definitely one of my favourites, but is there any fix to this or is it destined to join the; "Had promise until it decided to break itself" pile?
