A couple of questions about Isengard
A couple of questions about Isengard
1. Isengard needs two duchies to become a Kingdom, but there is only one. Another one can only be conquered if you keep Saruman on the side of Good. Will the second duchy for Isengard be added later or is there no way to fix it?
2. Saruman's culture is Istari, his subjects are Isengardian. Is there any plans to do something about this?

1. Isn't it usually rather easy to bully the Dunlendings to get a second duchy? You only need two duchies, regardless if they are de-jure part of Isengard.

2. What do you mean, 'are there any plans to do something about this?' Saruman being an Istari and his subjects being Isengard Dunlendings should be about as important as Sauron being a fallen maia and his subjects being varieties of orcs and Nurniags.
