We didn't add those 2 regions because they are gonna get in when we make the Eriador patch

Answer:
Maybe not exactly after Eriador but the lands east of what we current have is definitely on our future ambition to do, and while there is no massive plans yet we do dig in it's lore and such. I do think we added some lore for palisor in the information window for example on patch 3.0 (don't hold me to that)

But yeah, many of us want to go east, for instance the golden realm/Medlushukain is bigger still, so more of that is hopefully gonna be added. there are more dwarven houses to the east and even some Avari. So many of us are eager for that! So stay tuned on our news and within a couple of years we might get to that point
