The One Ring(and the Fellowship) isn't in the game yet and won't be for atleast another year.

4.0(the next major update) will focus on the Dwarves and Eriador(the blank west region where Hobbiton is).
5.0 will finally add the One Ring and the Fellowship.

5.0, I believe, since there's a lot of coding related to the fellowship, what Brice meant is that Dwarves and Eriador are coming with 4.0 instead of only dwarves in 4.0 and then Eriador + Fellowship in 5.0

Actually the original plan was Dwarves 4.0, Eriador 5.0 and One Ring 6.0
We've united 4.0 and 5.0, but 6.0 has simply been renamed 5.0

So we're probably another year off atleast until we finally get to see the One Ring.
