Elven Culture

Is there any mods that allow you to take an eleven culture or race for a spouse (like editing them) if they dont live in an elven land?

After you succesfully romanca an elf, you'll automatically marry her/him, and in the decision tab there'll be a Decision to Unite Man and Elves.
