Increasing Blood of Nûmenor

How can I increase the blood of numenor trait up to lvl X?

From the description of blood of numenor inheritance, it is not possible to increase the trait above what the parents have like other tiered hereditary traits. Instead the virtuousness of the parents influences the likelihood of the trait being passed on to children.

I have actually managed to increase it. Whenever I married another person with the trait of numenor, there is a possibility it will increase the trait. There is no way to increase it once they are born, but you can have your heir (in theory) reach up to level 6
