+3 points out of 150 a year takes way to long for anything to happen, and the random events that give you more points are too infrequent to matter. At this point I'm doing absolutely nothing, building nothing, declaring no wars, and running the game on max speed just to get to the point where maybe I can kill it 1000 years from now.
