Geode turn (while trapped) Dinos into male

Hi. First of all thank for your amazing mod. Loveit!
Now: my dinos turn male while trapped in a geode. Somebody else the same problem?
i can get around that for statbreeding. but i think for example the dodo-farm isnt working due to missing females.
