I think it should be...

Pros:
  • 25% damage bonus
  • 10% faster weapon switch
Cons:
  • 25% slower reload speed

+40% damage

-50% reload speed

-20% mag size

+25% more spread

Slightly knocks back opponent on hit, if no hit you knock back

(maybe this part) ALT-fire fires two bullets at once.

yours is more tf2 suited though because its a lot shorter than mine lol

It's like a little shotgun pistol.
-50% firing speed
+300% bullets per shot
-4 clip size
BUT: to make it interesting
When you die, your sentry does down a level. 3 to 2, 2 to 1.
On hit: Your sentry is upgraded 20% of a level

You use this pistol shotgun to riskily upgrade your sentry

With the gunslinger, on death, the mini dies but on hit it is repaired 20%

I think the stats should be:
Fires a compact spread of bullets, much like the shortstop.
+300% bullets per shot (4 bullets)
+Each building built to Level 3 stores a crit, resets on death and when the building is destroyed.
-30% firing speed
-60% less damage per pellet
-95% clip size

Pros:
+700% bullets per shot (8) (because buckshot)
+10% faster weapon switch speed (because backup)
+20% faster movement speed while deployed (because backup)
Cons:
-47% less damage per bullet (7) (because shotgun)
-67% clip size (4) (even 4 shotgun shells is a lot for a pistol)
20% slower firing speed (because backup)
User marked for death while deployed, effect persists for short time after holstering (because backup)

thats op i want this in the game
it shoot one shot gun bullet but :
+30% relouding speed
+20% damege ( if you go close +40%)
- 30% swcih speed
so it could be good for battle engis

Got an idea.

+ 33% Damage (20 damage per shot)
+ No damage range reduction
- 50% clip size (6 shots)
- 50% increase in weapon swapping time
- +50% reload speed
- No random crits

Balance talk :
This makes the weapon great at unloading a quick high DPS at any range but means you have to reload sooner for longer. This means you can get a spy to 5hp with all shots making it nearly great at spy-checking because when combined with shots from any other source, it call kill them easily. Other classes would now slightly fear an engineer more in 1v1 combat. The downsides being that if you reload with anyone nearby, you are practically dead. A 2s reload is easily enough time for a Scout/Soldier/Pyro/Heavy/Demoknight/Mini-sentry to kill you 99% of the time; anyone else 80% of the time. And the no crits means that your won't suddenly get 60 damage shots coming out and killing that heavy spinning his minigun. The removal of damage range reduction is a bit of a trick. It should be used to soften things up for a Sentry/Melee/Shotgun-Blast/Other Class; not a replacement of those.

How about this?

Pros-
-Fires shotgun shells
+25% damage
+25% firing speed
Cons-
-Shares same ammo as shotgun (would not apply to resue ranger and pomson)
- only a clip size of 4
-reloads each shell one at a time and reloads slower

Would be a fast firing shotgun pistol, but if you miss you need to spend a few seconds reloading.

well, it would pretty much be a shortstop for engie, so u could base its stats on that

"Peppergun" is what the shortstop is labeled.

-20% slower reload
-35% fire rate
+fires four rounds per shot. (3 shots then reload)

Pretty big negatives for a pretty big positive. Seeing as at point blank damage would max out per shot at about 86, however shooting four rounds at once with the pistol means not very accurate compared to stock...
