oxygem penalty is like while youre underwater, you loss oxygen a lot faster because this weapon is made for fire not water, and shooting an invisible or duisguised enemy spy will make him burn like pyro's afterburn damage, but pyro's afterburn is like 10, 12 seconds, this is like 7, 8 seconds.
