You need to type even more exlamation points and question marks, and then it goes away. Also make sure you do it on Steam Support tickets. I hear that even works better.

in order to install it just drop the VPK file into your (C:) drive/programs(x86)/Steam/SteamApps/common/TeamFortress2/tf/custom

well in order to uninstall take the VPK file out of (C:) drive/programs(x86)/Steam/SteamApps/common/TeamFortress2/tf/custom
