Willamette - Portland

New Game not Loading with Map
I have installed of the required mods and assets that are listed + installed Mass Transit DLC.

When I try to create a new game with the "Willamette - Portland" map it fails to load, sitting at 90% of the loading bar completed but then hangs there forever.

Any tips on how to get the new game to load?
