Is this Supposed to be DemoCharge For Pyro?
I'm sure stats' may have covered partially the subject, but as a question especially for the author of these items, I really want to know if that was the intention behind the item's conception.

No, probably just a melee, with a cosmetic shield, which would maybe or not influence the stats

Hopefully, We don't need to buff up the pyro that much. God can you imagine a bunch of backburning Democharging Pyros they'd be if they added this item that way? :O
