Stats
Pros:
Slightly faster projectile speed than the Righteous Bison(I don't know how much that is in %)
Projectile penetrates targets
Doesn't require ammo
Cons:
-20% firing speed
+20% damage vulnerability from all sources when active
-20% reload speed

+Clip Size ( 8 shoots)
-Projetile don't penetrate targets but is more faster than Bison's laser or Pomsom
-More vulnerability from all laser damage sources when active

Anyway,
Compared to the default revolver:

+33% clip size
+25% faster reload speed
+Bullets (or lasers, whatever) penetrate enemies
+Does not require ammo
-Projectile speed similar to the Righteous Bison
--20% damage penalty
-20% slower firing speed
-50% damage vs buildings

+If laser penertrates 3 enemies, the person at the front and back take +10% extra damage
+10% firing speed

For every destroyed building you can shoot once while being disgused
without getting undisgused
-No damage on buildings
-20% damage
--90% dmage without any bulding destroyed
No random Crits

+Charged Shot can place a sapper on a building
-charge time is 5 seconds
-Charge shot uses cloak for ammo
+normal shots do not require ammo

upon backstab 1 second is reduced from charging time for charged shot

complicated but awsome! :D

+does not require reloading
+shoots very fast laser beams
+no weapon spread (obviously)
-uses cloak for ammo (12 shots with default watch, 9 with cloak and dagger, 6 with dead ringer)

This would make no sence, cause if you do -50% dmg and the charged shot doubles it, it would make the same damage as the normal revolver. That would make all the stats disadvanteges

+75% cloak duration
on kill it heals you by 10
Cons
-50% fire speed
-90% health recovery from healers
the dispenser dont fill your cloak
