RimWorld

Trade Ships No Matter What
Encountering very specific bug
So, seems like the game doesn't like your mod in certain scenarios. I recently ran into a situation where I abandoned my settlement and let my caravan make a shopping trip until I get to a new location. It appears that the game throws major errors (caravan is stuck on spot/globe texture disappearing when time moves - reappearing when game is paused) when your mod is generating a trade ship in this situation - at least that's how it looks to me...

Error in console:

Disabling the mod at least clears any errors in the same save - maybe you wanna look into it.

So you have no established base anywhere while this is happening, right? Only a caravan? I can fix that pretty easily if that's the case. I'll update it today or whenever I get this problem fixed where I accidently overwrote the steam workshop post for Trade Ships No Matter What with another mod.

OK it's fixed. The mod will no longer spam null reference errors if the player doesn't own an established base.
Well, that was satisfyingly quick. :)

I guess I'll put your mod pack into my pack again then.
Kudos!
