Im not sure how rimworld deal with event generation so here is my question :

Does trade ship coming up with this mod counts for the storyteller events choices ?

Meaning if i put a high setting, let say 1 trade ship per day, then I wont get much other kind of events ?

Or does those traders happens next to the regular storryteller events ?
