Stats

Well To me it looks pretty powerful so i'd say:

+30% Damage
+40% Firing speed
-20% Walk speed
-20% Ammo

it's realy not epeciely when you consider that on offense you can ride the cart and on defense you can basicly just be a somewhat mobile sentry
