Stats
Pros:
+80% faster projectile speed
+25% damage
Cons:
Doesn't fire a flare,but rather old round bullets
-20% firing speed
-35% reload speed

Not so sure about the movement speed, the Demoman can carry the Loose Cannon just fine, and it's bigger than this. Maybe lest Afterburn damage or duration? Or maybe none at all?

I thought it was a Cannon not a Bullet,
It should be kinda like The Loose Canon but better :D

loose cannon + force-a-nature

Pros:
MiniCannonballs push players back on impact (unused attributes)
+75% projectille speed
+25% damage bonus

Cons:
MiniCannonballs do not explode and do not engulfed in flames on impact (unused attributes)
-50% max secondary ammo on wearer
-25% damage on contact with surfaces
20% slower firing speed

(note: The Mini Cannon (If valve added and renamed it's)
(The Mini Cannon? have small radius as sorch shot)
(but you have less seconadry ammo. do not runs out your ammo!)

If you have watched a red hot nickel ball video, it should shoot that, and light stuff on fire.
Oh and...

Red shot ball stuns player
+45%(Or so) projectille speed
+30%(Or so) Damage

Cons:
-50%(Or so) Reload speed
-25%(Or so) weapons switch speed
-25%(Or so) slower movement speed with it out

Projectile bounces once
Projectiles do not ignite players
Bounced projectiles stun players (to encourage trickshooting- but non-bounced could work too)

Welp, I have an idea. Let it shoot like a scorch shot, aka slow-med projectile speed, slight dropoff. When it hits the target, it explodes like a rocket or grenade, but has a smaller blast area.
(let's say 40% of a rocket's blast area) It'd deal the same (or higher) damage as the enforcer, but with a downside of having to reload after every shot. It'd make the spy much more defensive, use it with invis watch and a spy-cicle, and you can be a disguised demo!

Loose Cannon's Little Brother :3

Possible Stats:

+40% extra Damage
+25% projectile Speed
+functions Like the Loose cannon Bumping into players without exploding, but less knockback (Similar to Scortch Shot)
-50% Weapons Toatal ammo
-Does not Inflict Afterburn or get any bonus on burning players
-Does not work underwater (like most flareguns)

Pros
+40% damage
+50% projectile speed
hitscan knockback (the more damage it does the farrther back the user and enemy flies)

Cons
-20% firing speed
-40% reload speed
+35% damage to self

This weapon would be good for pyro because it would be able to flare jump him higher than the detonator and it would also have the ability to force jump if it hit another player. The cons make this weapon balanced and make it harder to reload when a scout or demo-knight is running at your face. This would make pyro more mobile but also more reliant on the flamethrower for combat.
