Welp, I have an idea. Let it shoot like a scorch shot, aka slow-med projectile speed, slight dropoff. When it hits the target, it explodes like a rocket or grenade, but has a smaller blast area.
(let's say 40% of a rocket's blast area) It'd deal the same (or higher) damage as the enforcer, but with a downside of having to reload after every shot. It'd make the spy much more defensive, use it with invis watch and a spy-cicle, and you can be a disguised demo!
Possible Stats:
+40% extra Damage
+25% projectile Speed
+functions Like the Loose cannon Bumping into players without exploding, but less knockback (Similar to Scortch Shot)
-50% Weapons Toatal ammo
-Does not Inflict Afterburn or get any bonus on burning players
-Does not work underwater (like most flareguns)

This weapon would be good for pyro because it would be able to flare jump him higher than the detonator and it would also have the ability to force jump if it hit another player. The cons make this weapon balanced and make it harder to reload when a scout or demo-knight is running at your face. This would make pyro more mobile but also more reliant on the flamethrower for combat.
