known bugs

1. traitless lord is spawned at the beginning of the campaign and he refuses to die.

2. sometimes buildings wont allow you to fix them in the ship building buildings it should fix in a few turns

3. Skretch has 42 levels and I don't know why

DirectX 12 might cause texture flickering on LL
