There's never been an official reason why or a suggested path to publishing. Just being ignored.

thats too bad. have you considered trying to submit again? maybe it was not ignored out of malice, or things would be different now after a few years. either way, its a great skin and your work is awesome!

No i haven't, it's not like DE staff doesn't know me and never spoke to me before so they didn't notice. I did tennogen for several years (like 4-5) and we used to have some sort of back and forth before any work was ready to be published. I took the increasing silence as a message and decided to part ways because of it.

Been working on my own game for a while now and when it's ready you can bet it's going to have next level skins and character customization ;)
