i think this can be balanced by having team color pants as it would still be identifiable from far away and wouldnt lose the main idea of the cosmetic

i don't think people will have that issue, maybe at a distance like you said. But it's easier to tell when you catch them in any spy like act cause then everyone would know what they look like, that being a white spy. And besides that there is a slight color difference on that white part of the suit and most cosmetics are color coded too so seeing a darker hat and looking at their suit from a distance should make context clues easy and thus the spy found out. besides i believe if they're on your team uncloaked or uncloaked you can see their name and health distinguishing it from the friendly spies. Also enemy spies want to hurt you and I think you can tell when they're shooting at you irregardless of what they're wearing we all know what a bad spy is. I don't think this'll be an issue and any change to the outfit would ruin it.

it shouldnt be paintable and white should get pigment of blue and red. Atleast it should have half of color normal spys suit have.

It looks like the suit is actually just the same colour as the Medic's lab coat. I don't see a problem with it.
