(Repentance spoilers)My thoughts on the Tainted versions of the Fiend Folio characters(2021 edition)
Tainted Fiend,the Near-Fragged:
Everlasting friends:Tainted Fiend can have only a half black heart,because collecting black hearts will turn them into Fiend’s Friends & Half black hearts will be converted into Hollow friends
Better Items:When playing as Tainted Fiend,items that don't fit for him will automatically be rerolled.

Tainted Golem,the Geokinetic:
Psychic Boulder Throwing:His primary attack! Summons an orb that attracts rocks,thus forming a Psychic Boulder. Also comes with unique synergies that even you guys can come up with!

So what you think of my thoughts on these Tainted Characters?

I like those Tainted Versions a lot, they sound fun. I have come up with my own tainted Fiend a while ago: Tainted Fiend appers drained from Blood and nearly hollow, a big Fiend Friend is with him. When moving the big Fiend Friend would move like the Dople Enemy (mirror Fiends movemend). The Big Fiend has Fiends old Tears out of Devil´s Harvest, flight and he turns any Heartpickups (Even Red Hearts and the rest) into diffrent Fiend Friends. The normal drained tainted Fiend, does not do much damage at all but he has got a black blood creep. They could merge with an active Item for a short period, for combined power. I loved to think about all that however I think your Tainted Fiend is better to mod and less more complex and probably even more fun. I´m looking forward to the Repentence port, damn I love this modding Community! Glory to the Fiend, my fauvorite Isaac character!
