So I thought I would share this because I'm sure there are people out there who would love to use the mod, but aren't sure where to start with the webserver aspect of things. The link gives a dummies guide of sorts to setting up a webserver at your home on a typical windows machine. I can't guarantee how often I will check back here, but I will try if there are any comments that I could include to make it clearer.
