No double jump when transfer

It seems that some perks don't transfer properly, the double jump doesn't work when you transfer from one server to another for example

issues with double jump can be fixed by removing the bracelet upon transfer

Same problem here, but if the affected player exits and rejoins the server the double jump works. It will break again on the next transfer, though.
