Just finished setting this mod up across my two servers, using XAMPP/Apache since it all runs on a Windows 10 machine here in my office.

When I tap on the AST Placeable, it transfers me from server-exiles to server-siptah and vice versa. If any of my friends do it, it drops from them the first server right to the server browser and stops at this point, it does not auto-join them to the second server. At this point they can't join any server, have to reload their game, then they can manually join the server they were trying to transfer to. I went through all my configs for this, everything is fine, which is reflected by the fact it works just fine for me. Anyone have any ideas on how to fix this? Bonus question: Do thralls/pets set on follow not come with you during a transfer?

I'm running Pippi, AST, CSS++, NELM, Waystones, MCP, IQOL, Better Thralls, Pythagoras, LBPR AF, Unlock Plus, Pickup+, LBPR. Same mods and load order on both servers.
