I've found one issue that I think is a bug. When I steal the grenades from the zombines they will still detonate if the zombine gets near the player. I had both grenades in my pockets but they still killed me when zombine got too close.

Could you let me know what level this happened on?

this happened in chapter 4 when you fist see the vault, but it has happened in other levels too. this one brought it to my attention because I managed to put them in my pockets first, but I've had them arm in my hands as well before. I just threw them so I didn't die.

so im finding combine zombies with invisible headcrabs. makes killing the headcrabs impossible. and again, this is in chapter 3, after i emerge on the bridge thats over the junction that i need to get to

If it is a zombie that has armor it is supposed to have an armored headcrab. I'm not particularly sure as to why the headcrab is not visible. If you don't mind, could you take a screenshot and post it here?

I went ahead and tried to recreate @Kirotyn's invisible headcrab bug. While I never had that issue, I did note a bug when I loaded an autosave there where your special new Combines were missing from the group of corpses, which also means the loss of an ammo clip there. That's supposed to be there, it's the beam the shield squad uses. If they are all dead and the beam is still active there might be a bug.

Do you have any other addons enabled?, There should only be only 1 zombie spawning there

a few. theres the magnum one, one that changes the grip color on my weapons, one that removes the energy launcher from the smg, one called energetic hands, and one called init support which the energetic hands requires, and the jubey one, but that one is disabled

I would recommend disabling any addons that add anything into campaigns, reskins and such should be fine. But other addons will probably conflict. I haven't been able to reproduce the issues you've been experiencing. Let me know if there are still issues after you've disabled the other addons for now.
