for some reason the npc's i spawn are not working with this add-on, i'm not sure why, unless other mods i have are conflicting with it, but for whatever reason the npcs behave normally and do not respond to this add-on, the npcs i set will ignore other npc's on a different team, if they are part of the same faction, and the npcs will attack and kill me regardless even if i set them to my team color.

in short: the npcs are not responsive to this add-on at all and completely ignore it.
