Players will too ragdollize after hit tank arms but you need press bouton to get up

add a "!sleep" command, that keeps the player ragdolled until they say "!wake"

its the same thing but when you say !faintnick nick becomes a ragdoll or !faintcoach hes a ragdoll
it should be named rag-mod-2

when incapped by a jockey you ragdoll same goes for hunter
