Pros:
+ 20% more damage
+ 80% deployment speed
+ on hit enemy is marked for death
Cons:
- 25% less firing speed
- 15% less accurate
- 20% more reload time

How about instead of Marking the enemy for death, instead you make it completely silent and it doesn't give an indication from where you shot it from, and instead of buffing the damage, you buff the firing speed and give it a -15 damage penalty. So it would be a way to soften the enemy from a distance.

how about

Pros:
+25% more accurate
+10% faster firing speed
+shots are silent
+doesn't have damage indication for enemies
Cons:
-15% damage penalty
-20% slower reload speed
