How to install this skin/mod!
Instuctions:
1. Computer/Local Disk/Program Files (x86)/Steam/Steamapps/common/Team Fortress 2/tf/

2. Now make a folder called my_custom_stuff (If custom is not there, make your own folder! Same goes with my_custom_stuff)

3. (Drop and drag those files from the download into my_custom_stuff, if it has sounds, mats, etc)

Extra info: (Where ever you have Steam installed) (64 Bit (x86) 32 Bit Program Files go into there)
Hope this works! Does for me at least and should for everyone else.
If you need help just put a comment down or if you're having problems..

Thats odd, that method works for me and some friends. The guide shows where the files have to be and such.

You forgot to mention the TF file is all. It doesn't matter though this still helped.
