Great Workshop mod! A couple suggestions
Hi!

I had a lot of fun playing this! I did get a couple of weird artifacts going on with some NPCs like the headcrab walking through the wall with the explosive crates after meeting the guard whose friend got zombified, but nothing game breaking.

At any rate, this is what I could suggest. Mild spoilers ahead for those who did not play yet.

I got stuck in that pallet before getting flung violently into a wall. You probably need to disable its motion or clip this off.

It was a nice touch knowing you are at the surface this early; a very nice environment improvement over the original. However, I wish you would get rewarded for exploring here, even if lightly, because being empty does not give a reason to check.

After positioning the dish into position, the shutters are closed when viewed from outside. Is this intentional? I have not checked if they closed when inside after fighting the marines.

I managed to save him, but he had no dialogue. I wish he had if you managed to save him.

Thankies, I'm glad you enjoyed it! To address each of these individually:
  • I thought I'd disabled motion on that, but I probably missed it. I'll knock it out when I do a bugfix!
  • Yeeeh, I didn't really work out how to reward the player for exploring, I should have put more thought into it. Originally the area was inaccessible but eventually opened it up because why not.
  • Not intentional, I have a ticket open for this but simply never got around to it, had other priorities unfortunately.
  • Agreed, maybe I'll get around to it. The idea for this sequence actually came up after I'd already gotten the dialogue recorded so I was strapped for time and counted on the player not being able to save him.

Maybe one day I'll do some more genera improvements like these! Thankies for playing and I appreciate the feedback a lot <333
