I have black artifacts in the loading screen

After completing the mod "A further data" of the workshop and switching back to the main game now i have black artifats in the loading screens. I tried to uninstall everything and verify game data to no avail. What can be the cause? Im playing on a brand new 3070 Ti but its the only game that is showing any artifacts and i was playing just fine before. Freesync is off. What have i broken? XD.
It seems that the error is stuck to my saves. Maybe it was because of the mod or maybe not, I do not have mods that alter the appearance, the menus or the graphics of the game.
