This is my new mod list as i changed it recently and added some new mods , also i checked my order with Genesis / Atlas guide , i'm gonna try Sage steed again with it , where you suggest to put my Sage steed and your Massive animation ... mod ?

256 squad limit needs to be dead last. That is a known.
Reactive world, being an overhaul should also be low, maybe notch above 256 squad limit.

Best place for rideable bulls is after all animation and dialogue mods, and the massive animations patch below that. The issue with many overhaul mods is you do not really know all the changes they make, they might touch dialogue and not post about that on the steam page.

Recruit anyone has a known conflict with rideable bulls, they both use the same recruitment system, which sometimes makes it hard to buy a bull. It should not do anything to animations tho.

I suggest you load the massive animations patch after Reactive world

More Combat Animation.mod could be the issue, as it does alter most vanilla races. Altho loading rideable bulls and massive animations patch after it -should- fix the conflict

It is also very possible, that you have a corrupted version of rideable bulls, so you should unsub and sub it again to make sure you get non-corrupted version.

Ok , first of all thanks for you help and time ,

but i guess i've found out what's happening ,
Still i have the pose issue , but with those characters that i captured via Recruit prisoners / Recruit anyone , the characters that i guess ( NPC enjoys more shopping ) Sends em to player which their faction name is Great Rich Man ,
This is the problem i guess. Some of them will not sit in right pose , they're upside down , but some of 0 stats game characters sits in right pose.

Look but their race is same as vanilla game but only their stats is costumized i think , this is the issue i guess

that is so weird, stats should not have any effect on that.

Which mod adds the martial arts? Is that the martial test mod? Could you please give me its mod number, you can find it on its info file. Cannot make a patch without knowing which mod it is.

No mod. Its vanilla martial arts animations. The only animation mod i am using the immersive non combat animations.

they do this whenever i give them a attack order. and they have no attacking animation too

That is weird, so legs have animation, but arms do not... I do not have the slightest idea how this could happen. And this does not happen, if you remove the Sage Steeds? Does this happen with Striding Steeds?

Okay, I tested with both Sage and Striding Steeds enabled plus the many animations to multiple species patch with a vanilla skeleton and he is fine. So this does sound like a mod conflict.To test it further I would need to enable your entire modlist, but you have some on the list I do not know what they are.
