Pointshop weird glitch?

I have these playermodels in pointshop but for some odd reason it shows an error sign in the preview once I equip it, but the actual playermodel works and the preview works when i hover over it.

Any ideas?

its normal. it wont do that if you get pointshop 2. (its better anyway) https://scriptfodder.com/scripts/view/596
