Birth
This mod seems to disable child birth in the Third Trimester. - Disabled it to verify my concerns and all colonists (3) gave birth without issue.

Unsure what could be causing this

Mod Conflict. I have no issues with the Kurin mod and pregnancy.

Hi, I haven't been able to replicate this issue. On a clean mod install, my Kurins were able to give birth and progress through the hediff with no issues. Can you verify that there isn't any mods that affect health, hediffs and pregnancy in your modlist?
