How to add Pacific weaponry to the armory (Pacific DLC required)
It is not possible to include weapons and equipment from the Pacific DLC in Increased Armory: Edelweiss without listing ownership of both DLCs as a requirement to download the mod.

Increased Armory: Edelweiss only contains items from the Edelweiss DLC. However, players who own both DLCs and therefore have access to both Increased Armory: Edelweiss and Increased Armory: Pacific are faced with the possibility of merging the two mods.

As a result, all weapons and equipment in Increased Armory: Pacific are added to Increased Armory: Edelweiss and can be used in quick match and the campaign.

To combine the mods, first download both Increased Armory: Edelweiss and Increased Armory: Pacific. After that, navigate to
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\workshop\content\270150\1211590594\media\packages\increased_armory_pacific
and copy the folder named weapons.

Next, navigate to
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\workshop\content\270150\2330143035\media\packages\increased_armory_edelweiss
and paste the copied content in this folder. When prompted, replace files in the destination with the new ones. These are items that are common to both mods.

Now make your way back to
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\workshop\content\270150\1211590594\media\packages\increased_armory_pacific\factions
and copy all_pacific_primaries.resources and all_pacific_secondaries.resources.

Use these two files to overwrite the ones in
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\workshop\content\270150\2330143035\media\packages\increased_armory_edelweiss\factions

At last, open all_pacific_secondaries.resources with a text editor. At the top of the file, you will see
<resources clear_grenades="1">
Replace 1 with 0 and save the file.

If carried out correctly, weapons and equipment from Increased Armory: Pacific should show up in the armory when launching a new quick match or campaign with Increased Armory: Edelweiss.

To revert your changes, the easiest course of action would be to just redownload the mod.

can this works with only one weapon ? for example i just want to add the flamethrower to edelweiss armory from the pacific dlc...

Instead of copying and pasting the whole weapons folder, only do it with the flamethrower weapon file. Then add the weapon name (same as the weapon file) to e.g. all_edelweiss_primaries.resources in the same way as the other weapons in the file.

it didn't work... i add the flamethrower name from pacific primaries to edelweiss primaries

Taking the M2 Flamethrower as an example, you should grab m2_flamethrower.weapon in
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\workshop\content\270150\1211590594\media\packages\increased_armory_pacific\weapons
and paste it in C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\workshop\content\270150\2330143035\media\packages\increased_armory_edelweiss\weapons.
Then open all_edelweiss_primaries.resources in the factions folder and place the line <weapon key="m2_flamethrower.weapon" /> in that file.

Thanks for the guide! I can add WW2 weapons to the modern files in a similar way too, right?

I set up the file structure for Increased Armory: Edelweiss and Increased Armory: Pacific so they could be easily mergeable just by copying a few key files. If you want to add WW2 weaponry to vanilla, that would require some more work. First you'd need to copy all .weapon files to the vanilla weapons folder and then add each weapon one by one to a suitable .resources file. It should be doable, but I've never experimented with it myself so I don't know for sure.
