why that picture to
No. The Digit Divulger on the Scout does not show up in first person unless you use the cl_first_person_uses_world_model 1 faces.

As said above, these gloves will only be visible in 1st person if you use the cl_first_person_uses_world_model_1 command. This isn't really in control of the author, that's just how gloves/sleeves work in TF2. I.e, The Sangu Sleeves, The Digit Divulgers, The Falconer, e.t.c. The only glove that does show up in 1st person is the Gunslinger, but it's a weapon, so it makes sense.

It would be so cool if valve changes the viewmodels of digit divulger when add this

Valve is too lazy to make scripts that would change viewmodel hands, so no, that won't be visible in first person if added.

Valve isn't lazy. They just want the viewmodels like that. Deal with it. Don't call them lazy.

They ARE lazy. Too lazy to fix stuff and make the game more consistent. There are tons of small things that have never been fixed. Engineer having orange glove in first person in both teams instead of yellow in BLU and orange in RED, Sniper having 2 gloves and no watch in first person, inconsistent gib and uber textures, inconsistent hud class icons, about 13 hats that should be taken off by Sniper during melee taunt but they're not, lots of unused class voice files, broken shell ejection and ejection ports in almost all weapons, broken reloading in almost all revolvers (loading air instead of bullets), crit glow not working in certain weapons, viewmodel arms cut off when using 70 FOV, old bucket icons for stock weapons, flamethrower hose behaving weird during some Pyro gestures, Grenade Launcher having 6 chambers whilist being able to only load 4 grenades (all of them are actually loaded to one chamber), blue gloves for Heavy in first person, while in third person his gloves are brown... I could find more things. But Valve doesn't care about all of them. They just push new updates with more broken stuff, rarely fixing previous things. If I had a choice, I would rather want a year of no new updates for TF2 in exchange for all stuff fixed instead of the best new content and noting fixed.

But TF2 brings them a LOT of money. Keys, unusuals, Tour of Duty tickets, new cosmetics... These are the only things why Valve still updates thins game. They don't care about broken content because people will play TF2 anyway. And if people play, Valve earns money. That's it. Besides, they have whole team working on TF2. This team is only responsible for that game. Yet, they only care about adding more cosmetics and eventually, new broken content.
